Please train your stuff better, I had to come inside 3 times to put $40 in gas. First time he heard $14 not $40 when I very clearly said $40, second time he didn't put $26 told me he did and nothing worked had to go in AGAIN.. Seriously Ridiculous service!!!

Went in at around 1am a few days ago for Ben and Jerry’s and some chips.Asked the worker if I could have a bag to put my stuff in. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience for him to grab a bag for me and put my stuff in it. Said something along the lines of I was wasting his time.What.

They are the best friendly helpful the gave a lot of supplies and did a BBQ at the Sun Bowl Arena in Osoyoos BC to support the firemen and the fire ladie's🔥the manager invited me because I was evacuated on Friday at 11:30pm so I hang put thetr take video's and pictures and then I spend my nights at a friend's of Lakeshore Drive I live at Mariposa they did a heck of a job to get all of us on buses 🚌 to get to other accommodations until the the fire men and women destroy this Hugh 🔥 fire

What happened to this place? I've been coming to this store for years and lately it hasn't been good at all. The staff hasn't been to bad, but definitely a lot less social, the shelves have been empty more often than not, and the big thing is that the slurpee's taste as if the machines aren't being cleaned.I think I'll be taking my business to the Oliver store from now on, as things just aren't right at the Osoyoos store anymore.

As a frequent visitor to your store it is becoming more apparent that the customer service is lacking..please improve or I will be forced to to visit other options.

As a regular customer of the osoyoos 7/11 I am very surprised at their lack of customer service as of late. There is regularly no one in the store when you walk in to greet you and if there is you get a mumble greeting, yesterday there was a 5 person line up and the clerk was oblivious to the fact until someone verbally got her attention, 3 days ago there was 7 ppl in line and the clerk decided that would be a good time to cut up a pizza for display and by the time she was done there were at least 12 ppl waiting in line. I will from now on be happy to pay alittle more up at esso and deal with polite aware staff and will not be going to the osoyoos 7/11any more as their customer service is appalling.

Am a regular customer for 3 years . Today I came to the store for buying a lottery ticket. Normally lotto machine close by 11:00 pm . I came to the store at 10:47 and the staff didn’t gave me ticket. He said he can close anytime between 10:45 and 11:00… employees are deciding time for lotto and I felt there is no value for customers and there needs . Unprofessional service

Really gross bathrooms - no soap (container was just ripped off the wall with no replacement), employees don’t refill paper towel or toilet paper, just plopped it on top for you to figure out… dirty sinks, graffiti on garbage that says “f you”, food looked old and overpriced.

I went to the store around 1Am to fill up my car. Employee didn’t greet me and had the airpods on. I had to ask him the same question 2/3 times before he even replied. I asked him if there is something I can grab to eat except chips and candies. He asked me to wait for 20 minutes and suddenly he said, he will no make anything until morning. I felt like he didn’t want to serve me. That was so rude.
