“If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Audra at Collision Craft in Osoyoos was nothing short of amazing. She was patient, informative and genuinely kind during what was a very stressful and frightening situation for us.
I truly don’t know how we would have managed getting my daughter and our car back to the Lower Mainland without her help. Audra went above and beyond to make the entire process feel easy, seamless, and honestly even enjoyable, which is something I never thought I’d say in this kind of situation.

“We used Jones Boys when we lived in Osoyoos, but in 2020, we moved to Alberta. A week ago, we came to stay in Summerland for 3 weeks only to discover a funny noise coming from the drivers side front wheel.
I made a call to Jones Boys, and they got me in the next day. It turns out a bolt had come out from the wheel which could have been serious down the road. They fixed it with no trouble, and all is well again.
The best part though is that we got to see Sam, Rick and Adam for the first time in 6 years, and we want to thank them for not only great service, but for being really nice people. 😁”
