Many customers find it worth a visit and can't leave town without stopping by.
The customer service receives mixed feedback. Many reviews praise the staff as excellent, kind, super helpful, and phenomenal. However, one experience felt a bit off, with a feeling of being followed and hovered over while browsing and in the fitting rooms, which made shopping less comfortable. Some signage was also confusing, making pricing frustrating to figure out. Despite this, the store is seen as having great potential with its cute and summery selection.

I’ve going here for years . Honestly, I’d have to say this is one of my favourite places to shop for cute summer clothes ! There are always original pieces, great quality, and always friendly helpful service ! I made a point each summer to drive from Kelowna to go shopping here .

The clothes in this store/ the little trinkets are so cute and the customer service i received was excellent. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Osoyoos!!
