Stephanie was incredible yesterday. Calgary was shut down by a blizzard and Stephanie worked so hard to get me on my way to Cuba. My anxiety level was high but Stephanie's competence and positivity was comforting. Flights are rebooked. We have great weather here and forget what it's like for the rest of Canada.
