I had an item to move out of driveway,so I phoned around for the best price to do the job.I contacted several companies and got several quotes on doing the job.As a wise consumer I went with the lowest quote to move my item.I was very descriptive over the phone on item being move from where it was located to where it was going to be relocated.I asked about their price a number of times during the conversation with the owner.The truck arrived and loading and transporting and delivery went smoothly.I paid the quoted amount when I was informed that my quote was an hourly amount,with a 2 hour minimum.I explained that I had been quoted a certain price and that was what I was going to pay for the service.They held my item hostage until I paid the 2 hour minimum.I would not have use them if I knew they were going to be the most expensive company to use.I know that I will never use them again and get the word out that they don't stand behind there quotes.

We sat for nearly 2 hours looking for a locksmith and one of the guy locals told us to call ushers towing, and they sent Jeremy out within 20 minutes and he got us unlocked and rolling within five minutes and that was doing the paperwork in that 5 minutes..! Our family would highly recommend ushers towing thanks Jeremy for helping us continue on our vacation as quick as possible

The tow truck operator (Gerry) was knowledgeable, efficient, polite. it was a pleasure having him take care of my motor home. after watching him hook up my motor home i was relieved knowing that there would be no damage to my motor home. Locked my keys in my truck up at Jewel Lake this weekend and I happened to run into Jeremy on another campground. He was nice enough while on vacation to lend me his air bag and rod. We saved hundreds of dollars on calling a tow truck or a lock smith. Would definitely recommend based on Jeremy’s friendliness alone!

Jeremy saved our bacon over the long weekend!! We slipped onto the lake bank on an access road. We weren't sure if we could pull it out without tipping it but Jeremy managed to get us out and back on the road. Super greatful for your help!Service: Car towing

After watching a tow truck driver from Ushers idle his truck at the lookout right beside at least 4-5 cars that pulled up with Children happily playing and looking at the gorgeous moon and trying to breathe fresh air, I have decided to never allow BCAA to book a tow from these guys if I call in for a tow. I was 500 feet away and could hear the lawnmower of a truck, can't imagine how lovely that was for the women and children trying to keep a look out ad ear out for their kids.This was 9:30 pm and not even hot and all the vans turned off their vehicles. For 45 minutes he sat doing this. No common courtesy. These are children...race doesn't matter, at the very least, nevermind the pollution and waste of gas.

Usher towing did an exceptional job towing my stricken race car from Area27 race track back to storage in Kelowna. 10 out of 10 service from the pleasant young man Kyle Agostinho that was sent on this job. He was very careful loading and unloading the low car, making sure not to scrape the front bumper cover. It not easy with such a low car but when it was looked like it was going to be close he even went into the truck to find a towel to put under the front bumper in case it did drag on the truck deck. If all the Usher towing operators are close to as careful and skilled as Kyle I would highly recommend this towing company. Great job!Service: Car towing
