“This is my go to pet supply store. The manager is always smiling and chatty with each and every customer, making you feel seen and appreciated. Also I find that most of their prices are significantly lower then the chain pet stores.”

“I am brand new to riding and came in to find a helmet. I didn’t catch her name but the girl working there was super nice and helped me try on a few helmets to find the right one. I’ll be back when I need more equipment!”

“I needed dog food and they were out of our usual brand. I had lots of questions what to switch to and I was treated with the most undivided attention ever. I am so appreciative of the time and attention and all the information to make the right decision. Highly recommend Shar-Kare Parksville”

“I actually would go 3.5 stars if I could. The big issue I have with Buckerfields is the lack of flyer items in stock when I drive from out of town to buy it, today I went for 3 items in the flyer and they had none of them in stock. Staff are friendly, good selection of some plants, fairly healthy. Would like to see more yard accessories like trellis, pots, etc.Good location”

“Incredible customer service - friendly, welcoming, and carried my large bag of dog food all the way to my grocery cart for my next errand. Highly recommended supporting this store and their efforts to have a positive impact in their community.”
