Just another weekend at this Scotiabank branch - no withdrawals possible (empty ATMs already on a Saturday morning?!), no dedicated parking spaces for the bank as parking spaces are taken up by shoppers going to the Dollarama and a lot of the time the doors to the ATM are not opened till later in the day. Not impressed!!

Vestibule and ATMs at store are absolutely filthy and in need of repair. I would be embarrassed if that branch were my responsibility. Inside the branch is not very welcoming, convenient, or clean looking either, but service is ok. Those ATMs though, disgusting. Don't even want to go to this branch because it's gross.

Absolutely ridiculous that they lock us out of being able to use the ABM machine. I don't see a logical reason why they need to lock it. Very inconsistent with unlocking it. I have been there many times in a month that I haven't been able to get in on a Saturday because it was not unlocked. Do better scotia!!!!!
