My tire was locking up on my trailer and I was recommended this place so I came there and I told him that my tire was locking up. He machined all the drums, bought a new brake hub for a different tire and told me it was fixed. I left and my brake started locking up again on the tire, so $1000 and didn't have my problem fixed, took it back and he blamed the truck, at least my drums were machined 🤷

We expienced a rear caliper failure on holidays on a remote campsite road which disabled our 2007 dodge ram 3500, with the exceptional customer service from Bcaa they researched a local repair shop which were very accommodating to get us on the road in a very timely manner. Replaced both sides of the front end of a car with this company following a rod breaking off the passenger side tire assembly. After Smither's repaired the vehicle for about $1700, the opposite side tire on the same car literally came clean OFF, WHILE DRIVING, less than 100 miles later. Lug nuts were loose, and one of the bolts sheared clean off. If we'd had been going highway speeds, somebody would be in the hospital today. They did not seem to care much when we followed up. We decided to throw in the towel and not continue arguing about it with Smither's (the fact that somebody could have been seriously injured or killed was enough for one day), and took our business (and car) elsewhere to be fixed, again. I will not recommend Smithers auto to anybody I care about and advise you to do the same.Service: Tires

Was concerned about a noise I was hearing in my pic up so took it in to Smithers. After half hour checking over my truck they could not find anything wrong. When I ask how much they said no charge.. great honest people there. Thanks a bunch smithers road auto.

Awesome mechanics. Went above and beyond when they fixed my girlfriends car. Not many trustworthy mechanics around but these guys are honest, trustworthy, and do great work.
