I wanted to say thank you to Stanford auto! I had my car towed there last week due to some pretty serious issues and drivability concerns. I delt with Noah the whole time and it was the best experience I’ve had with a shop. I have my first year in automotive but couldn’t find the cause of my issues and they helped me and diagnosed my car that day! I’ve always heard amazing things about them and have sent customers from my job to them for repairs and now I truly know how amazing they are! Props to everyone who works there! Me and my family really appreciate the quickness and dedication they have for their customers.

10/10 service every single time! Highly reccomend for anyone who needs servicing done on their vehicle. Eric and everyone else at Stanford auto has taken care of me and my old car every time i needed help.
Some context: I drive an old vehicle thats needed plenty of work done since the time ive got it and I dont know much about how to fix cars, let alone do an oil change all by myself.
Stanford Auto has taught me and gave me suggestions on how to fix my vehicle myself, as well as provided excellent and incredibly quick servicing without overcharging or upselling me on anything, im incredibly happy with how they treat me as a customer, and they take the time to explain to me the reasons why things are being worked on my vehicle in the shop!

Amazing experience, was my first time going to Stanford auto, but had only heard good things previously. When phoned around asking who in parksville could help me, Stanford auto was the only company who took the time to talk to me and explain a few things over the phone before I came in, everyone else brushed me off. I came to them for a full inspection as well as repair for parts when my check engine light came on, because I plan on selling my current vehicle- they did not charge me for the labour on my oil change, or replacing a bulb. I will most definitely be back with my cars in the future. Noah provided amazing customer service, and rememebered me by name. He was beyond pleasant every time speaking on the phone and I will highly be recommending all of my family and friends. Thank you Stanford auto!

There might not be an Emergency Room for vehicles, but on a mid-island daytrip, Stanford Auto became the next best thing. I was traveling to Victoria when my AC and alternator belt snapped. Detouring into Parksville, Stanford was the only shop who said they would at look it the same day.
Understandably they couldn't promise to repair it ahead of their scheduled appointments. However within about two hours, not only had they diagnosed exactly why it broke, they cleaned the pulleys and installed a new belt at a reasonable price.
Just watching how they treat other customers (as I waited for my car) convinced me they blend modern automotive expertise with friendly small town service. Five stars well-deserved.

I am a senior and was extremely pleased with the service I received. I needed 4 tires and they went way out of their way to give me a great deal. I found them very friendly and they made me feel very comfortable offering me access to the internet free while I waited for my vehicle. If you want good service and reasonable prices I highly recommend this auto care business.

I am so pleased with my experience with Stanford Auto. They were really easy to work with, fast with a diagnosis, incredibly reasonable with their rates, and fast with the repair. Wow. Just an all around great experience with a mechanic, especially since I was super stressed about my car's problem.

As an out of town customer travelling through needing an immediate repair - I was met with friendly, efficient and timely service. Such a rare thing quality in today’s market - thank you Stanford you were amazing!
