Price charged was more than fair. I can’t believe anyone would detail their own vehicle when we have this great local business that provides awesome service. We’re lucky to have them here in Parksville.

I was embarrassed at the state of the interior of my car. There was enough dog hair on the seats and floor to make a full length fur coat. VIP made the interior look new. They literally turned a pigs ear into a silk purse. Thank you guys, two thumbs way up!

Came in for an exterior clean and wax. Picked up my truck having to re-do the work I had just paid good money to get done. I washed the wheels they didn't. I polished off all the white, long dried smears of what I assume was wax. I had to clean off all the dried wax spots in door jams, windows, and tailgate. My truck had zero spider webbing before taking it in, picked up with terrible spider webbing, (brand new truck with 600kms on it, straight from the dealer, never been touch washed). When brought to their attention, the owner swore and called me names, very rude and disrespectful. I suggest people find a detail shop where they actually take pride in their work.Service: Auto detailing

My white car had gotten vandalized with black spray paint all over, and even tho I got it off there was still marks left and yellowing in my white. I called VIP desperately and they got me in asap and when I went to pickup my car, it looked better than it ever did before!
