Fireplaces and furnaces were promptly serviced by Conner. Fast and efficient service at a very reasonable charge. Will definitely have them service our furnace and fireplaces again. Would not hesitate to recommend this team!

This company is amazing! I had called 3 AC companies they were the only one that called me back and promptly after leaving a message. We purchased a new house in Peachland and had no idea how to use the AC units / heat pumps and air filtration system. ( very different from our Alberta home ) Conner was so great he came over, showed us what filters we needed, and how to clean them. He knew how everything worked and explained how to maintain everything. We also have climate control in different rooms, he explained it all. He checked out our utility room, and gave us advise and recommendations for other good service companies to use for our in floor heating system and water on demand. He showed up on time, and kept communication open via text. Very reasonable pricing. Honest, never tried to upsell, approachable, just a stand up guy that knows his stuff. Also something worth noting is my 82 year old mother also lives at this property and was talking a mile a minute asking him so many questions, he was so patient with her and definitely has respect for technically challenged seniors. Would definitely use him again. Not to mention it was 38C out and he was working in the sun on our AC unit. Just the greatest service! Highly recommend this company. Conner your the best! Thank you for helping us with everything, and helping us to stay cool in this heat wave! The dogs thank you too!!

Seamless experience with furnace replacement and new air conditioning installation. Fair pricing and reliable. Upgraded my thermostat to a smart thermostat and made some ducting modifications as well in the process. Definitely recommend

Super happy with the service I received from Thermal Pro! Connor was very knowledgeable about the heating and cooling system that is used in our building, and had me back up and running in no time.
