“Took my car for a simple oil change, although I didn't ask for it, they performed an in depth inspection with pictures and explanations regarding everything that needs attention. I appreciated the front desk staff (forgot his name) for his patience and great customer service. I will definitely come back for the next one.”
“We arrived at JT's on Friday afternoon in my little Pontiac and a busted belt and a leaky radiator - fully loaded with our camping gear and 4 people - some of them needing to catch a flight in Smithers by Tuesday evening.. JT's crew made it happen!
They fixed the belt on Friday, so we could use the car for the weekend in town and changed the radiator first thing on Monday morning - so we were on the road by noon! I am so grateful to JT's crew for their help and extra effort - we made it back in time and tackled Highway 99 with no further car issues!
Thank you all for your amazing service and huge thanks to Jordan who fixed the car like magic! So very much appreciated!
ps: & we did have a great time in Pemberton, it is a very beautiful place, a good place to have car troubles! :)”

“This is a shop that I've taken my car for a few years now and I trust them to give me an honest service. They have always found the problem without selling me parts that aren't required. Best shop in Pemberton.”
