We just spent one night. Service was great. Beds very comfortable. I enjoyed a swim in the pool and a soak in the hot tub. I also discovered and made good use of a car wash station in the underground parking as the car was caked in mud after traveling the road to Bella Coola.

We stayed at Pemberton Valley Lodge for one night only on our road trip, but were extremely pleased with the cleanliness & spaciousness of our suite. We embarrassed ourselves by not being able to figure out how to raise the window shades but someone from the front desk came up right away to show us how to do it! Other than that everything was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, happy to have some September warmth.
I'd definitely come back if we're in Pemberton again.

I would avoid staying at this lodge. Although they claim that you will have a quieter less bustling experience than staying in whistler. They do not back up this claim.
Our room was above the lobby and facing the street. On top of hearing road noise like trucking traffic go by, starting at midnight there were people in front of the lobby yelling and slamming doors as they exited their vehicles. This persisted until 2 am with people yelling and being loud on the floors until 3 am. Staff showed little remorse and placed blame on us for not having called to report the incident, when we were just focused on trying to get some sleep. You’d expect that the hosts of the facility would at least ensure that people are not being loud directly in front of the lobby, but we did not receive this common courtesy.
We’ve been on the road for awhile now and we were looking forward to a relaxing night but this was not the place to look for it.
Better off staying somewhere that appropriately staffs their hotel at night to ensure people are not disturbing guests.

Kind of a lot of passive aggressive rules posted all over the place. I found it unusual a gate from the patio to the back yard was locked leaving guests to climb over it. Nice hotel though. My friend is in a chair and had good access in the room and building

I was very disappointed with my stay here, especially considering the price of $430 per night. The biggest issue was the noise. The pool area has a BBQ and seating area right beside it, and there is no quiet time enforced. It was loud and disruptive until midnight, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably.
The rooms themselves were also underwhelming. Everything felt dated and worn out. The floors were especially dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. For the cost, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and upkeep.
Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 days in July. It was a very quiet, clean, relaxing place to stay!
My dog also enjoyed hanging out with us! We all were happy with the atmosphere and friendly staff.
The wifi was acting up and not letting us connect our devices the 3 days we were there but other than that it was fantastic!
Would definitely stay again!

Along the main highway, just outside of Pemberton. Have stayed here a few times, never disappoints.

Drive 20 minutes east and get out of the chaos of Whistler, to this great lodge. It is truly a quiet mountain resort with all the amenities at better prices. Enjoy the quiet town and beautiful mountain scenery. There's lots to do here, without the lineups. Great for kids too!

- mixed review. have positive points but also things that bug me , this is why it’s only 3 stars.
- hotel is a quick drive to town centre, easy to get to, has lots of parking
- stayed with family, checked in at the same time. fam got a view of the pool and the mountains, we got a view of trees and parking garage entry, no big deal, we’ll just hang outside and enjoy the outdoors. that’s the point of the trip to pemberton. next time, have to remember to ask
- staff are friendly but don’t really have the ability to help us change rooms. we were told we’d have to wait till morning. doesn’t seem like a good process or policy to not empower staff to make changes. i don’t understand this.
- no king size beds…my chubby body has to make do with a queen. hopefully i don’t get elbowed by my husband later when he turns
- bed and pillows are not the most comfortable. in contrast, staybridge suites in seattle, which is also a 3-star hotel has surprisingly really comfortable beds and pillows. nudge to management to invest in bigger and better quality beds :)
- papers provided with info on wifi password, where to eat etc were helpful
- the glazing in the shower isn’t big enough to protect the rest of the bathroom from water spraying everywhere. the bathroom floor also received a shower while i showered
- the shower handles are a brain teaser. you have to find the right combo to turn the shower off. why is this built like this?
- there was a spider in the shower 😱
i had to help the not-so-little one find another room so i bundled up toilet paper and made a giant toilet paper space ship for it. it landed in the hallway. and the toilet paper somehow disappeared. kudos to staff for being ninjas or thanks to another guest for cleaning.
but now i keep thinking about spiders before sleeping. what if my bathroom spider had other spider friends who live in the bedroom or kitchen?
- when i asked for extra towels, staff member on night shift said i can’t use bath towels on the floor. « you know you’re not supposed to use them on the floor, right? » noted, will just slip around the bathroom for next time :)
- we can hear other guests in other rooms, laughing, shrieking, etc. maybe the sound travels through the vents? they can probably hear us too (sorry i have a loud voice)
- hotel is dog-friendly and even has a dog-washing station. could be back just for this amenity.
- pool and hot tub! with a view of the mountains! the pool area is beautiful.
- cute little kitchen in the studio room. has everything you need to make a quick meal. just want to write no oven / dishwasher (don’t come for me)
- all in all, it’s not the greatest hotel. but for the price, it’s definitetly cheaper than whistler (or elswhere in bc?). it seems like it’s doing it’s best to provide a good stay for guests.

It was our 2nd time staying in a 2 bedroom suite. It was clean, comfortable (well maybe not the hide-a-bed mattress but I didn’t have to sleep on it 🤣), had enough towels and everything else we needed including a washer and dryer! We will most definitely stay here again!
