Bought a recliner. I was helped by Stephan who showed me all my options, answered all my questions and even upended the chair so I could inspect the under side for quality of construction. He was patient, knowledgeable about the products, and very helpful in offering me various buying options. After purchase service was also excellent, from the delivery and set up to the removal of the old chair. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture Store for quality products and Stephan for an excellent customer experience.

Ordered a couch July 31. Financing paper work and details were bungled by this location during the purchasing process. A few weeks later they apparently had not fixed the problem, calling me again to try to fix financing which they set up improperly. The staff assured me that everything was ok.
Then multiple delays to get the couch in stock, at the store. It's now October and my order is delayed until November. Cancelled. Thanks.
This is a brick and mortar store which I walked into and paid to have a couch. It should not take 3-4 months to get that couch in. Staff mistakes or not.
Unless you're making a massive purchase the financing is not worth it, the amount you save is not worth the trouble. Especially if a 'competent' staff member is signing you up for it. Watch out. Also an ottoman should not cost $800, check your head.

The sales team in Penticton were great. However, I had to cancel one of the two items I purchased on Sept 4th and today is the 12th with no credit back on my visa? I have sent a letter to the head office in Winnipeg. Hopefully, that will work.

Simple purchase of a floor model rug took well over 1/2 an hour to simply pay. Sales associates knowledge was poor. The phrase “I don’t know” came up many times.
