“Yesterday, Friday 1:30 PM truck wouldn't start in Summerland, time for a new battery, called Singer, they had the correct battery in stock, neighbour helped with a jump start, dropped truck off around 2:30 PM, by 3:30 PM Tim had the new battery in, codes cleared, back in business. Many thanks to Laura for squeezing me in and letting us get back on with our day and trip to West Kelowna. Should also mention that Tim's scrutiny on the truck's front end work done elsewhere last Fall (ICBC repair from a different shop) determined that a major part installed was incorrect, causing a height difference L to R and misalignment. Singer made it right. Thanks guys.”

We have just taken delivery of our new Rav4...Chris spent time with us to build the vehicle we want, then kept us informed as our vehicle was built and moved to Penticton...having the entire Penticton team work with each client helps you through the now highly technical car cabins of 2024, and they give contact people to get you over any issues that may be hard for us to programme (we are in our 70's). Thanks everyone...truly a team effort”
“I’ve had a random thumping noise from the front of my rav and it has been to a number of different shops trying to find the source, and pretty much everything has been replaced by now. I was near the end of hope when i brought my car in to Boult recently but they managed to find the problem and fix it without having to buy more parts. The difference has been amazing and now it rides smooth and quiet like a new car. Many thanks for the work you do”

“Highly recommend this shop - exhaust ended up separating from muffler on an old Toyota on a road trip.
They had us in for a free inspection within an hour and had an EXTREMELY reasonable quote to get it rewelded vs other shops wanting to charge $700+ to get this fixed.
We were done in less then 2 hours and back on the road - super appreciate the help guys cant recommend enough.”

And I had to force them to accept payment for their efforts. Great shop!”
