The experience is not great, just another store with weak ethic treatment. It’s the second time that they asked us for our id. I understand the rules but I feel this like discrimination because they don’t even help us when there’s other people. They are welcoming with them and they don’t ask them for I’d.

The staff need to be better at understanding their return policy. Given the number of stores in town this place is a last resort given the lack of knowledge and poor customer communication.

First off the Staff is very nice and helpful, no issues with them, my issue is with Management, which is our Government and not surprisingly they leave a lot to be desired.1. Why is there a rope barrier when you enter? why do you need to be let in like some child, like its a privilege to come in, no other place does this, the B.C. Liquor store does NOT have that. It's not needed and puts me in a bad mood to being with , making me stand like some dog at the door waiting for permission to enter.2. they charge two taxes but apply them on top of each with is against our Laws in Canada, and they don't care. the Tax is 25% combined and I went to buy something for $40, with tax it should be $50 , I had a $50 dollar bill...but NO not at the government Store, where they apply the first tax and then the next tax on top of that tax, double taxing you, you are paying tax on a tax, hahait's Kafkaesque......made me walk back outside to my vehicle and dig around for some more change.I said I can never return , too many other choices to spend my hard earned money.Sorry to the staff that you are let down so terribly by your management, but it's the government, I guess you just need to accept it.
