Johnny is a fantastic asset to this store. I took my son in to return a gift and Johnny not only made the entire process easy for a teenager that hadn’t ever done it before, but also was able to turn the return into a future sale by explaining the benefits of getting a gift card instead of cash. Definitely savvy business but the way he did it was so subtle, with no pressure at all, and both myself and my son left the store feeling like Johnny genuinely had his customers best interests at heart. To be able to do that WHILE also promoting the store and products is a truly exceptional skill. I hope the executives of this company know what a fantastic ambassador they have in this employee. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at boathouse are great but Johnny makes your shopping experience top notch! His energy is fantastic. He has always been pleasant and friendly! If I could give a 10/10 I would!!

I was in the store 2 days ago and immediately received a friendly greeting from Jonny. He gave me a couple of minutes to look and then came over to give me a hand. I was in there specifically for a pair a Vans. He laced up my shoes, made jokes all the while acknowledging other customers. He was so enjoyable to deal with, I ended up buying 2 pairs of Vans. He was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in, until I left. I'll definitely go back and recommend people to seek out Jonny. Thanks for the great shopping experience Jonnny!

Had a great experience with Jonny & Selina! Very helpful & I bought 2 hoodies, a T-shirt, & Champion sweats...Love them...& sooo comfortable! 🤣🤣

The moment I stepped into the store I was greeted by the manager. Both he and Jordan were helpful. I will be doing a lot more shopping in the future.

Johnny was such a great help with finding shoes for me. He really has a way with the customers. I definitely won't be cursing his name out when wearing the shoes.

I went in for roller skates for my gf and Jonny went above and beyond. And had some ordered for her. Awesome guy to talk with and very knowledgeable abought the products. Great place to get womens rollerskates but It would be awesome if head office adds some men's roller skates/blades to the inventory. I'm hoping to to join her at the derby and totally would of bought some.

Owner is so pushy. Tried to upsale items and convince you to buy additional items you aren’t interested in. Continued to show me several other items after I told him I was there for 1 specific item. When checking out he stated he needs to have a “big month”as sales are not doing well I am assuming. Let your customers shop for what they came in for and stop harassing them.
