Shout out to Canadian Aerothermal out of Penticton, an HVAC company. After experiencing 4 awful HVAC companies from ok falls to Kelowna, they were able to service our 10 year old Daikin system. And within two days! Can’t say enough good things about Jim and his team especially Rick and Macalla!

Andrew was the tech that came to service my unit. He was thorough and informative. Efficient in his work and effective. Carefully disassembled my unit but in a matter of mins. He advised me of what to look for and what my options were for solutions. I appreciate the time and effort he put into this service, as I had some bad experiences with other companies that took advantage of me as I wasn’t fully aware of a true service on this type of equipment. The techs did a great job on both a tankless hot water system and A/C system. Cleaned the jobsite up every night. Were in contact with me about when they would arrive and how the process worked throughout the two jobs. They followed up and got the jobs done as discussed. Great team to work with. The crew from Canadian Aerothermal installed my first heat pump on my old house and then a second heat pump on my carriage house. Curt lead the work and was a pleasure to deal with. Any issues that have come up over the past 4 years he has been there for me. Recently I had snow and ice from the old house roof fall and land on my heat pump causing considerable damage. All it took was a phone call and he was here with a his partner to repair the unit.
