Friendly staff & welcoming members, family friendly, effective coaching, clean environment, bomb music selection. 10/10 would recommend.
But in all seriousness, I’ve been going to CFP for a little over 2 years now and I can’t see myself ever joining a commercial gym again.
The knowledge between Ross, Jodi and the coach lineup is unmatched. Every workout you’re left feeling accomplished, proud, and absolutely gassed.
The effort that is put in to making each class enjoyable and making sure everyone succeeds is incredible.The support you receive goes beyond the walls of the gym and that is not something you often get from anywhere else.
CFP is a family!

I have been going to CrossFit Penticton for the last four years taking a program called CrossFit Lite. It involves less barbell work and more dumbbell work with the rest of the workout being very similar with some modifications.
I have lost weight, gained strength and just generally feel better all around, both mentally and physically. CrossFit doesn’t have to be hard core to get a great workout in. Ross and Jodi and the rest of the coaches are going to ensure that you work out correctly and are extremely encouraging while you do so.
I like that every workout is different. Some days more cardio, some days more strength and some days some of both. It is also a great social time as well. Highly recommended!!

CrossFit Penticton has been a game-changer for me as a complete beginner! Jodi and Ross are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always make sure to focus on proper form and technique, ensuring a safe workout. The community here is incredible—everyone is supportive, whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete.
The variety in the workouts keeps things fun, and I love how I’m always being challenged to push myself while Jodi scales the exercises to my ability. The energy in the gym is motivating and welcoming!

This is the third CF gym I have been a member at. The other experiences were not recent, but I can say hands down that Jodi, Ross and their team of instructors really want you to succeed. CF Penticton has the best fundamentals course, it is detailed and the instructors make sure you learn each move safely and proficiently. Actually, the instructors are great at helping everyone improve their technique and finding alternative movements if necessary at every class I have been to, I feel very safe here. They have a large selection of day and time options for classes (I love the Friday classes, they are all that and a bag of calorie kicking potato chips!). I'm still getting to know the other members, but most of them are extremely welcoming, I would say this CF gym has more of a "community" vibe than the others for sure. I definitely recommend trying out CF Penticton!

Such a fantastic, supportive, patient place to work out and improve. Ross and Jodi (owners) have this inane ability to demonstrate and instruct, making everything look not only realistic, but achievable. All the coaches take the time to instruct everyone in the class. You're never left on your own to try to figure something out. There's always a coach ready to take the time to show you new movements or little tweaks to improve form. Literally the best gym I've worked out at. And great covid protocols.

My first experience of CrossFit and my first ever positive gym experience happened at CrossFit Penticton. Professional and well educated on fitness and safe body mechanics. Always attentive and always welcoming. A great place that will definitely give you the results you work for!
