“Cheap, disposable, usually one use items. Always useful.Still like to go in and get some items in the store. They are cheap and usually as good as any where else !!!No, not much changed, just like the bags of mini jellybeans for $1.25 !!!!?Still have our fav. little items, that we like to get here. Because this is the only place we can, or they are the cheapest”

“I want to begin by acknowledging the consistently good service I’ve received at your store in the past. Unfortunately, during my visit today, I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Leah. She was assisting a customer with balloons, with her back turned to the register where I was waiting in line. I didn’t mind waiting patiently, but the customer Leah was helping, noticed the growing line and mentioned it to her.

At that moment, I expected Leah to turn around and let us know she’d be with us shortly, but instead, she simply responded, to the customer ( back to us) “That’s OK,” The customer then asked if someone else could assist, and Leah responded with a quick “No,” still without turning to face and acknowledge us. By then, there were at least five of us in line.

Thankfully, another employee, who I know to be the shift manager, arrived and was willing to assist at the register but needed Leah’s login information. Leah seemed reluctant to provide it, as the manager had to ask twice, and the response the second time was noticeably curt. The manager served me until Leah came and served the person behind me, who was my teen, she was neither kind nor patient, making us feel very uncomfortable. My teen and I discussed how unsettling the experience was once we got to the car. The employee displayed a lack of courtesy. This unprofessional behavior made the interaction unpleasant and left us feeling unwelcome.

I hope this feedback can be used constructively, as I usually have positive experiences at your store and would like to continue being a satisfied customer.”
