What an incredible mechanic - thorough, honest & extremely helpful…
I recently helped a friend get their VW going after a period of it sitting too long. Rich problem solved, came up with solutions and repeatedly went above and beyond to get their car ready. He was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. His knowledge and experience with VW is second to none and I highly recommend him as an OUTSTANDING MECHANIC.

I recently moved my Audi TT from Kamloops to Penticton. There was some outstanding maintenance the was allegedly required as suggested from a previous service in Kamloops (brakes and tie rods). To my surprise I found Rich and scheduled an appointment. He pointed out the brakes still have 10,000km on them and he also loosened the tie rods that I was told needed replacing. He also provided a detailed written service review on the car. Rich has integrity and credibility. I look forward to a long service relationship with Fairview Automotive.

Fairview Auto only services VW and Audi vehicles. Rich knows what he's doing. He is fair and honest. I can't recommend hin enough for fellow VW owners.

Rich at Fairview quickly and properly took care of what an Audi dealership failed to. My family had an issue with engine lights flashing, unique temp warnings, and odd warnings popping up none of which we’d EVER seen prior to this trip.
He took the time out of his schedule, looked at the Q3 for us and repaired what was left incomplete by poor workmanship by our local dealer. If you have a late model VW or Audi, you need Fairview Automotive and this person in your life. Not only are exceptional technicians hard to find, he followed up with us the next day to make sure all the problems were gone.

Finally found a great shop for my VW TDi Wagon! Worth the drive from Osoyoos. Good attention to detail and very knowledgeable.
Finding a trustworthy VW mechanic is no easy task, now I know my Karlita will be taken good care of.And did I mention fair and honest pricing ?

We had an emergency on our way home from Osoyoos back to Alberta. We barely made it to Penticton as our car was shaking like crazy. We checked many car services and already though that we would stuck in Penticton but only Fairview Automotive agreed to helped us although they were working on other cars. They did their job really fast and in an hour we were on our way home. Highly recommend Fairview Automotive.
