I had a package that I was shipping to the USA with FedEx. The first time I went there they sent my package back to me because they said the commercial invoice wasn’t clear enough to read but it was definitely clear enough to read. Maybe whoever sent it back needs glasses. So I went back with a new commercial invoice that couldn’t be clearer and a new shipping label. The employee scans the shipping label and said that their system isn’t accepting it. I asked why and he said he doesn’t know why and that was it. He should have called FedEx to figure out what the issue was but instead he said I will need another shipping label and bring it back for the THIRD time! I was not happy. So FedEx sends me a third shipping label and I go back. The same employee scans the shipping label and AGAIN it won’t accept it! At this point I’m very frustrated. I asked the employee what I’m supposed to do and he said I need to take it to the airport in Kelowna which is over an hour drive away and has heavy traffic. I said there’s no way I’m doing that. He had no other solution. I don’t understand why he didn’t get on the phone and ask FedEx what the hell is going on. I should have asked him to do that. This employee is a very nice man and I never lost my temper towards him even though most people would have. He doesn’t know what he’s doing and definitely needs a lot of further training. As for FedEx, they are the worst logistics companies on the planet. I will NEVER use them again. I still have this package and I’m using a different company to ship it. I do a lot of shipping and I’ve never had this problem with any other logistics company. So far my best experiences have been with Canada Post. DO NOT do any business with this place. They have no idea what they’re doing and I’m sure you will have problems too.

FedEx is awful I have never had a good experience using them. Ace Courier service is the way to go.
