My truck battery died and I was stuck in a nearby parking lot waiting for BCAA. BCAA was horribly slow so I called Fountain Tire to see of they had a battery in stock. They did and offered to deliver it to me so that I didn't have to walk up to them. I cancelled my NCAA request and was back on the road in 20 minutes. That's great customer service for someone who hasn't been to their shop before. Thank you!

Just want to thank Chuck and his awesome team for getting me back on the road after a horrible sidewall puncture from poor visibility. I was only 4min away from the shop but still couldn't get the car over there for the life of me as it was letting air too fast to hold even after continuously inflating it, patching and also using slime to help slow it down. Eventually the tire literally came off the wheel so I was stranded on a back alley. Chuck got a team member out to help swap it despite being super busy and Hunter did an amazing job under the circumstances. I thought my wheel was a goner but it balanced without problems and I was back on the road within the same day. Everyone there was very courteous, helpful and you could tell from their work culture they have a synergy among them which I think is unique. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that is honest, has a great atmosphere and they get the job done. Thanks again guys and looking forward to being back later for other things!

I have to Rave about Penticton Fountain Tire , they really deserve it. Shout out to Glen and Chuck for helping me with my tires!
I was in desperate need of new tires as I had a flat and needed to drive out of town soon for an obligation. I was loosing hope as I already called a bunch of tire places and I’m aware October is a very busy month for switching tires (my bad).
My tires were uncommon in size to find but the next day after calling them, they were able to problem solve and get me the tires and install them on so I could make my obligation on time and safely.
When I went to pick it up, they were all working hard past their closing time. Their team works hard to make sure everyone is able to get their tires on in a time crunch and do it with a smile.
Obviously I’d highly recommend going to them and I’m definitely going to be a regular there moving forward.

As a mechanic for Aim Roads, thinking we use them for our trucks, I'll just go there. They were very busy that day but got me in anyway, and I had to change over 2 tires. Asked the service writer to have the tires mounted with the sharp edge out because one side was a little more worn than the other that would have put it on the inside. The tire tech almost did it right away and brought it back out. After paying the bill and about to leave, I noted what I asked for wasn't done, but what was done was good all balanced and everything, went in and talked to the service writer was told sorry man my bad and sat there staring at me never tryed to correct it or explain why. So I said we'll leave it like that for now I guess and left. Nothing was effected by it but you'd think you'd get what you asked for and a little more professional attitude than what I got. Wonder if that's done when they do our trucks not that anyone checks there we just assume they do not make a safety issue or nothing.
The tire tech did a good job, and I thank you for that.

Absolutely amazing service! Came into town on my spare after getting a flat on the #3 late last night, called first thing this morning and they were happy to help me! No price gouging, gave me the best solution they had for what was in stock, were super accommodating and all the staff were so friendly. From calling in to leaving with a new tire was under an hour, they even did an inspection too. Thanks so much again!!!!

Took car in for a flat repair. They replaced lug nuts without calling first. Already had lots of extra ones, brand new. Got charged for them. Went there expecting to pay $25 for the flat repair. Apparently they only take cash for it. Nothing was told to us, no called to tell us car was ready. Said it would be 2 hours, took 6. Had to wait 30mins to be helped, we were not acknowledged.

Had an issue with my engine recently. Had to have the engine replaced after only 70k kms. (Obviously I purchased a lemon) I did have an after market warranty but the warranty company was horrible to deal with. The Fountain Tire employees and Chuck were amazing to deal with and I praise them for having to deal with the horrible warranty company. In the end the engine was replaced and most of the cost covered, thanks to Chuck. Highly recommend Fountain Tire. They have always been so great with me and have done great work on my vehicles. Thanks guys!

We went for an exception “have you met Jack - a lesson about your vehicle “ session at fountain tire. It was so informative and the people there were so knowledgeable and so kind and welcoming. In the future we will be switching all of our car maintenance to this wonderful family business and I recommend 100% you check them out.
Ps the ever changing sign outside the business is super cute and clever. (;

Very pleasant place to bring my work vehicle to. I was surprised as all three people in the front area greeted me with a smile, and offered immediate assistance since it was a quickly resolved issue. Such a friendly group of people to encounter which doesn’t always seem to be the case these days. I’m new to the area and also new to the company I’m working for, but despite not being able to answer many of their questions, they were able to figure it out and assist me anyways. I will definitely be bringing my personal car here for any future work that needs to be done, and will continue to bring my work truck here as often as I can/need to!

On the road again....like the song says. Spikes in the tire certainly can slow you down. Fountain Tire to the "rescue"! The service was quick, and we are again on-our-way. Thanks Chuck,and also the young man that was sent to pick us up.
