“I really enjoyed the old school service.

Calling Bree the owner was fast simple and helpful. She went above and beyond to accomodate me and my two kids. She was kind sincere and lovely to deal with

She helped us choose the right yurt. Then helped us some more where and when needed.

We got rained out of our race event last minute which. She then cancelled our booking for us with no issues what so ever.

We are back in a week or two and will stay here for sure.

“Day 2 out of 4 and our stay has been pleasant, not sure why such a low rating, maybe people are too pampered. Our room comes with hard wood flooring and tiled kitchen area with a nice bathroom. All the amenities we need. Bedroom is separate and our AC unit through the window is absolutely pumping out the cold in this +35 smokey heat. When arriving, you ring the bell and wait for someone to come down. A man answered from the window upstairs and I loved that, I waited a minute for this nice Turkish lady to answer the door. And got me settled within minutes. During the first encounter, a couple walked by the front entrance to greet her and let her know the food was awesome, i was curious what they meant. I asked and she said her daughter runs the ELMA restaurant right beside the motel! I’ll have to check it out. Always packed. So our stay has been nice. No bugs yet, no spiders, clean for what you can expect from a motel and she even gave us extra towels/ bed sheets too for our pull out couch! It was comfy enough! I brought out own blankets because nothing beats the comfort of home. I hope they introduce smart tv’s to the rooms”

“Stayed for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed it. The resort is very nicely located with a beautiful view of the lake and Sunmerland is a cute little town with a lot of nice shops. The rooms and overall resort is very clean (swimming pool was very clean!), and the staff was very nice at all times. The hot tub and swimming pool open till late were a great way to relax in the evening. Hope to be back soon!”

“Lovely place to stay during our trip to Naramata. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and cozy. Although it's an old building and that necessarily means some 'quirks' (for instance, soundproofing isn't what you'd get from a brand new Hilton construction), it has been well restored and has a delightful character. I'd stay here again and again!”
