My van broke down near J&E while passing through Penticton on vacation. Even though he doesn't normally work on cars like mine, Neil took time out of his very busy schedule to do a solid temporary fix that would get me home while Shelley tried to source a replacement part. And I had to force them to accept payment for their efforts. Great shop!

Very professional, very caring and attentive. This is a wonderful establishment with an incredibly friendly and honest owner.
