Great customer service! I wanted to suprise m6 girlfriend with a gift but didn't know the measurements ? I showed the a picture and some how they got the measurements dam near perfect! I highly recommend the penticton branch!

I have been shopping at this location for few years and I always have great customer service and so much fun shopping there. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Martha is so patient veryknowledgeable. Love their selection and great prices.You get a membership price and it's a great saving on your purchases. They said the rings (2) would take 12 days, but they kept them for over a month, then they rhodium dipped the wrong one, and charged over $200.They didn’t even fix the prongs on the one that needed to be fixed (and dipped)

Top 5 worst customer service experiences. Long story short I was lead to believe I was buyng a real diamond. After getting home turns out I bought a CZ. tried to contact them about the issue of being mislead was told to it wasent their fault basically and I'm free to return it if Im unhappy. Considering Penticton has a big retired community I can only imagine how many people out there bought something thinking it was something else from these crooks but never did the research after the fact..... The company as a whole has been awful as well so far about making it right. Was even told by the manager (Ryan) that basically cause I spent 150$ not $1000 he doesn't really care and I should have known better.... The customer coming to a professional should have known better ???? absolutely gross

Very disappointed in the service. I went in to get my ring sized, I had said to the lady that one size felt too big while the other size down felt too small. She didn't say anything so I asked what size I should go with and she said the bigger one. That was the whole conversation. ZERO ADVICE. ZERO GUIDANCE. When I received it back it is still way too big. They also told my husband they may not be able to size it again because of the small band. When he asked them why they wouldn't mention the sizing issue when he purchased it the lady just shrugged. I still need it brought down a quarter size and now I'm not sure if they'll even do that. Very disappointed in their service, lack of communication, and knowledge of products. My husband spend a large amount of money on a ring with a life insurance plan they can't even uphold.
