I have to say that purchasing a pickup yesterday at Murray GM was one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever done. They willingly took in my trade and their “young “ staff were so friendly and thorough in each area. Will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Brent in parts is fantastic and very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist you with find the the parts your gm or Chevrolet vehicle needs. Dave in service is great, very knowledgeable and great with providing updates and maintenance that your vehicle requires. Super impressed with my experience on both the Parts and service departments and will bring my truck back.to this dealership for all my parts and service.

We have had great dealings with Murray over the past 10 years with multiple vehicle purchases and leases. We have mainly dealt with Scott himself who always goes above and beyond.After being called over and over to bring my leased vehicle in for an oil change, we were finally able to make the 2hour drive to this dealership. We were told that no appointment was necessary as they have an express oil change lane. After arriving in the service department around 10am we stood around for 10-15 minutes before being greeted by the service staff. We stayed that we came for an oil change and we’re told that there was no way he would be able to do this today. The service staff was rude and unhelpful with anything. I have never had an issue before this.If you are going to advertise and express lane then make it work. There were only 2 other cars inside at the time.Very very disappointed with the service department today!

Very poor experience with the service at this dealership. I have had service done for several years here and while i felt they were expensive the results were acceptable but my latest experience was deplorable. I have had an ongoing problem with the emission control since the truck had only 57000 km and they have tried multiple times to repair only to have the problem return a few months later. as soon as the truck is out of warranty they tell me that the whole system must be replaced - cost $4352.04. Doing some price checking part 84236514 MSRP 2107.74 Murray charged $3100.76. Part 55502921 sensor MSRP $258.48 Murray charged $434.36. I would suggest that these people are not only incompetent but pirates as well. I would recommend avoiding this dealership

No, not impressed at all. If the diagnostics readers don't tell them what's wrong, they are clueless. Had truck towed there, service for me in asap. (impressive and greatful) told them fuel filters are screaming and the truck stalls. Because of the cold weather I assumed it was the deisel gelling up. Nope Nope Nope they claim, (this is the service counter rep)Its your def fluid. Ok just fix it. They plugged it in and it read no codes, all is perfect come get your truck. I said are you sure? Yup! Nothing wrong with your truck. It was the fuel gelling up they now claim. I asked him about the filters. Yup all good got no codes. Says 45% remaining. Ok leave and break down again. Sure as heck not going back to them. Charged me an hour labour to plug it in and stare at it. Will give it to you for $99 plus tax. Somehow it came out to $125. Some charge for supplies, assumed they topped up fluids er something. Nope nothing. Thought about it and came to the conclusion it had to be my filters. Bought some filters and truck ran great. No more issues. I bought the truck there, tells me they just reset your filter % without doing anything.Two thumbs down guys. A little common sense goes along way. Don't rely on your computers as much as you do.

Been a customer for over 10 years, leased 3 vehicles there and now because I wasn't interested in buying a truck that was too expensive, I'm being ignored when I asked for a copy of my lease agreement (have asked ×3) so I can use it for purchasing another vehicle. Honestly, if i knew this was how they treat loyal customers, I would have never even gone to this dealership.

Why isn't there a 6 star option reserved for this place?? I just bought a new Denali Ultimate from Scott at Murray GM, and I have NEVER felt this comfortable handing over my money buying a vehicle in all of my days! I would DEFINITELY recommend dealing with them!

I needed my transfer case module flashed on my older LML duramax , I first contacted the service desk and left a voicemail , I got the call back within the hours by Chris , he understood my request, he was clear and inviting and he booked me for 8am on the day I requested. Now, my truck is modified, deleted and its becoming a beater but that didn’t phase any of ‘em. The truck showed : service stabilitrac, traction control and 4wd. I tried fixing it myself by swapping 3 of the 4 possible parts that could be faulty but the last part was the module and had to be programmed only by a dealership. They brought in my truck right away and they had it flashed and tested within the hour. Chris gave me the good news, charged me the minimal service fee and he again extended the invitation to bring back my truck anytime for anything I might need. I was relief that he didn't give me a hard time for working it myself , buying the parts myself and only request their services when I’m completely stuck. I just liked his unbiased attitude and courteous nature , same with the technician, he reported his observations like a pro. My friend Connie who also works there, told me they have some smart guys in the service departments so I am giving them a top rating. Most likely, in a few years, once my truck dies, I will buy a new truck from them probably just because that. A good honest recommendation and a good service goes a long way with me.
