The property central team provided exceptional real estate services when our family had to purchase a home when inventory was at its worst. Scott and his team did an amazing job! As a realtor, with limited inventory available, he helped us find a great place. As a mortgage broker, he and his team knocked it out of the park. With delayed construction and interest rates exploding, Scott managed to put it all together and got us the best mortgage possible. He has a great knowledge of the industry, and is tenacious. He responded to all of my messages very quickly even on weekends, late at night, early morning, and even on vacation. He is a very dedicated person which is very hard to come by in the Okanagan.
