I brought my Acadia to Meyers for A/C repair and was pleased with their service. They were upfront, honest and gave me options, I was fully in the looped into what was going on. There was a review on here about "don't send women" and I strongly disagree with that statement, the shop is respectful and had no issues at all. Vehicle repairs are expensive and the owner was transparent about costs and provide low to high potential costs to help me budget.

I had a problem with the front shocks on my RV during my vacation while travelling through Penticton. Jason from Myers Automotive went out of his way to fit me in on the same day I called his shop. He sourced out new shocks for my unit and promptly installed them. He and his friendly and knowledgeable staff were excellent to deal with. I would recommend Myers Automotive to everyone.

I can’t express how relieved I am to have found this mechanic shop! I had a pretty serious unexpected problem with my ford edge and had it towed to Myers (called them pretty upset and they juggled things around in their busy schedule to help me) even though it was right before Christmas, they put in overtime I’m sure, to make sure my vehicle was back on the road and safe to transport my daughter around. Their diagnosis(and in-depth research of the problem) and repair options were spot on, fair, and they had the work done quicker than I expected! Including walking me through everything that they did so I understood!Most recently I had just taken my car there for him to have a look at my low tire and my headlights; he checked everything out and filled all my tires(no charge) and gave me price options for headlights, once I made a decision he booked me in the next day and had my tire fixed, my headlights fixed and he also trouble shooted my remote start and was able to make me a working remote! All of this done the same day and even offered me a ride when I dropped my car off in the morning! These guys go above and beyond for their customers and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you thank you thank you!

Jason is quick, reliable, and keeps you in the loop with every fix. The only provider I trust. Honest with every repair and does a quality job for reasonable rates. Top notch service every time (and I’m hard to please!). Always goes the extra mile, gives great advice, and pays attention to detail. I wont go anywhere else.

All around great service and excellent communication. I’ve had word done here for a few key vehicle issues over the last year. Each time, I have appreciated the detailed quotes before the work. When the job is complete, I feel the price is fair. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area.
