These guys are great I was on Holidays went in there asked them for help they were quick and very helpful. Had the vehicle ready same day and only charged us for labour they managed to clean and recon the part instead of just replacing it’s with a new part

We have been dealing with Penticton Brake & Wheel for many years now and are grateful to have found a reliable, accommodating and fair priced mechanic shop. We recently got our car towed there and they were able to diagnose the problems right away, ordered the parts from Kelowna and got our vehicle fixed in a timely fashion and at a great price.

This is very busy establishment. They have alot going on and they also deal with U-Haul here. Patient is key. They are good at what they do just don't rush them. They will get to you. The man who runs the place might seem a little like a bulldog but he is fair. Just get on his good side. Even though my truck had a terminal problem. He still looked at it. Which I do appreciate the time it took.

One of the only mechanics shops that wasn't a week in advance booking! They 'fit' me in the same day I called, did what had to be done to fix the brake rattle that I had and only charged me the labour that it was in the shop for (less than an hour) so by the 10 min mark. No one could find the rattle immediately, but with my experience they let me poke and prod a little and I found it for them. Then they knew what to do! (There was another rattle that was throwing everyone off) but they fixed that too! Much relief driving home from our holiday!
