Very rude, not fine, small young man works there ! I asked how that coin operated dryer works exactly (up /down coin slots a bit confusing )he rolled his eyes at me and gave me the nastiest attitude . Expectation of the worst at its finest !,do your laundry just don’t ask him anything ,he s gonna ruin ur day

I highly recommend this place ..They have a good service ,machines works great, staffs are helpful ..I appreciate Normalyn & Carla who help with my needs on that day.

We've had to use a laundromat due to our washer breaking at Penticton Bosley's. They accidentally overcharged us, realized they had made a mistake and brought the correct change back to the store the following day. Honesty and transparency goes a long way in any business. :) would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to decide on one in Pen. -Bosley's Team

My wallet dropped out of my packet, the female worker said it was empty when she gave it back. ID was in there, the zipper was broken & the cash was not. Please keep a hand on your wallets & purses while in the laundry building.

I have been taking duvets, pillows and other large items to your company 'Washed Up' and am compelled to write about the quality of your service and your staff. Marlene and all the staff are equally delightful and everything is always so fresh smelling, with no chemicals. I enjoy going in here and it was very nice that Marlene even remembered my name! Ive used this facility for years always a clean environment, all staff are super nice and helpful, friendly atmosphere, can leave your laundry after once thrown in the wash and 1hiur and half you can pick it up from the dryer, they will even fold it up and bag it for a weighed fee, ive never done that option. Best in town for laundry facilities.

I dunno what can I say it's a laundromat.Sometimes their machines smell, are in disrepair or ruin my things. The bathroom is often messy.Their snack machine has unhealthy options only and is very hit or miss; I've gotten old or stale snacks from there quite a few times.Seems like people are hired there strictly according to their race because I've only ever seen one cultural type of people working there which I thought low key wasn't allowed.Like basically everywhere else in Canada and maybe the word these days, they don't seem to understand in the slightest what the hell customer service is. If you're there, it's a privilege and god forbid you ask a question.
