I understand that the reviews are good because the boys who do the towing seem personable and that they knew what they are doing but the staff inside more so the front desk are far from personable or helpful which sucks cause the customers obviously aren't having great days already..

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the friendly dispatch to the super helpful, professional and caring staff. David was our towman, we live out of town and our son, who stays there for hockey, was stuck at the airport with a dead battery, not only did he ensure it was working, he followed him after it re-stalled when he tried to leave too fast, and made sure he made it home. Now that's something so hard to find these days, it's staff and service like this, that ensures trust and return business. THANK YOU

Nothing can be more frustrating than having car trouble in a busy, crowded parking lot on a Saturday afternoon. People can be quite rude and impatient when shopping. My day was saved by Brenden from Penticton Towing who, in the face of a truly challenging situation, showed an extreme level of patience, skill and professionalism mixed with a healthy sense of humor. My deepest thanks to this young guy that took care of my problem and my poor car.

Had a wonderful experience with Sebastian today. Bought a car in Vancouver and on my way back coolant got into the cylinders. Almost made it home but sadly didn’t. Anyway called BCAA and they had Sebastian from Pentiction Towing come save me. Very nice young man who was also very interested in my Monte Carlo SS, so we had a nice chat. Thanks for the help!
