The Staff was extremely helpful finding Lindt 300 gr. Chocolate bars. They where in the flyer advertised on Sale but not in the Store. Have been shopping there since moving to Okanagan Falls in November

Store is fine. Little pissed at corporate big stores like this. For Pride month the entire store was decorated with rainbows and balloons. To a point it was almost too much. Then Nov 11...Remembrance day....not a damn decoration only the donation person outside. Get your priorities straight it was those veterans who made it possible for the rainbow. Respect our veterans.

I just have to start by saying the staff at this location really make it wonderful to keep going back. They always go out of their way to help in any way and make the entire visit pleasant. The prices aren't through the roof so budget shopping is easy and the layout is easy to find anything. The bakery will make you just about anything and in a great time frame, the deli has more options than you'll know what to do with and the meat and produce sections are always fresh. I don't really care to shop elsewhere anymore. Love this place

Honestly this place sucks - everythings over priced
You can't manoeuvre through their website and locate prices for products - they just offer you stupid recipes
They never pick up the phone when you call - i guess im going to walmart

I recently visited Safeway and had a pleasant experience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff were friendly and respectful, always ready to assist. Overall, it’s a solid grocery store with a good selection. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great selection of local produce and locally produced items. Always a fun display at the entrance. It is expensive but you will find things here you won’t elsewhere

The store has a geat variety of goods. Can find things here that aren't available in other groceries. Produce is fresh. Store is super clean. Love their bread. Make a trip just for that.

I enjoy working here at Safeway here in Penticton BC and have worked here for 18 years now. Great Selection from Produce with new In-store made cut Fruit and Salads. In-store made Baked goods to China Kitchen and Deli Roasted Chickens. Plus an in-store Starbucks to get a Coffee on the go or while Shopping. Plus now many Scene+ bonus offers.
Open from 7:00AM - 10pm during Fall - Spring hours Everyday only Closed on Christmas. Hope to see you there! :)
