“I have had several packages delivered-I could not go to the lobby as I was ill-the delivery person brought the package up to my suite-friendly yet professional. When I was not at home, a message was left-upon picking up my parcel at their location in Penticton, BC-the service was great-polite, friendly etc. Have NO idea why others have found them to be "difficult".”
