Honest people! Found some bills while taking care of my laundry, returned to me. Instructions on garment care were followed and returned to me right on time.

+ for large loads but - for dryer compared to other laundromats in the area. For convenience there is a change machine and laundry service supply vending machine. Starbucks is located in the same plaza as the laundromat.

A disappointing experience at the laundromat today. I had two large driers side-by-side started at virtually the same time one had a bathmat, a large quilt, some towels and was quite full. The other one had bathing, suits towels, tea, towels, etc. the dryer with bathmat, quilt, etc. was dry after 17 minutes when I checked the other one that had less dense items in it, it was cold at 17 minutes. So thinking I was doing the attendant a favour by pointing it out to her she Became quite condescending pointing out how she can’t control the temperature from the manufacturer, etc. etc. I pointed out that the two dryer side-by-side one with more dense things in was dry and the one with less dense things in it was cool inside. I wasn’t asking for anything I wasn’t asking for more time. Not once did I ask for anything. I was merely pointing it out to her, and she became quite rude. So if you choose to use this laundromat, I think it’s a bit of a crapshoot when you choose the machines so user beware because the customer service is awful.

Yesterday my partner and I had a situation and we had to move far from Penctinton in the afternoon for emergency, so we couldn't arrive on time to get our clothes from the dryer, this morning, we call to the laudry before they open, to ask If our clothes were there, well... the lady told us the machines were empty but in a very bad way, we couldn't believe that someone had stole our stuff, so we went there in person to ask if she can please take a look and she was very rude with us, we are traveling and those where all the things we had and they don't even try to help us to ask if someone had keep the things somewhere. I can't believe there is people that just take clothes from other people... so so sad.

Very nice. Clean. In and out.
I read several reviews that complained about the staff, but I believe they are on the full-service side. The laundry mat itself is self-serve, unstaffed, there is a machine that changes bills, detergent for purchase, and the machines cleaned our very dirty clothes. I recommend.

If I could give zero stars 100% would. The place itself is mostly always clean. But that being said the washers always leave my clothing soaking wet, dryers are good that’s one plus, but the lack of customer service is the main problem. The woman who works there has nothing but attitude towards guests who come in I’ve seen it and dealt with it. And to the man who works there that I catch staring at my ? and looks away fast each time… I’m 19. yall need customer service lessons

Machines clean good, when they work. Debit can be hit or miss. Don't expect friendly help from the staff. I've had a couple of small issues with the machines and they are downright rude!

After seeing some reviews here, I see I'm not alone. The responses from the staff show the lack of customer service. Take the feedback and use it to improve things. Or retire ?♀️

Great place to wash your clothes. Good open hours for self wash with excellent home pick up and delivery service.
