Horrible and going to close all accounts with td and tell people to avoid like the plague. Refuses to release my money. Bank has no right to hold money I worked for.

Hands down the worst bank I've ever seen in my 43 years. This particular branch is the reason I switched banks. Just close it if this is the effort you provide for your paying customers. Embarrassing is 1 word to sum it up.

Yesterday, I had an appointment with Sarah Scott. I am dealing with a divorce, and needed a new account. She was very compassionate, and reassured me every step of the way, that I would be financially protected in the future. Note to the single gals out there...keep your own bank accounts.❤️

Says open till 6pm today! Was closed by 4pm! Was a customer because of the hours of service now bank is causing issues with random hours!
