Yesterday, I had an appointment with Sarah Scott. I am dealing with a divorce, and needed a new account. She was very compassionate, and reassured me every step of the way, that I would be financially protected in the future. Note to the single gals out there...keep your own bank accounts.❤️

Closed earlier then it says on Google maps and as advertised outside the building. Also lady behind counter was power tripping on my last visit. Bad times with td.

I agree with all the ATM reviews.. waste of time. The ATM inside is only open during office hours, and the drive thru ATM doesn't work.Response to owner: Perhaps open the ATM for longer hours, rather than sending a generic message to every bad review?

It's nice the drive through atm never works and you can't use the one inside if not open.I just wasted a half-hour of my life.Thank you td bank.Oh ya are you ever going back to your old hours?Or still due to covid?

Have problems at this bank everytime I visit, but hey its penticton so it's normal for a business of this nature not to function. Also very disrespectful, shame on you lady's you have 1 job.

WORST ATM’S KNOWN TO EXIST. Out of the 50+ times I’ve tried to use any of the three atms at this branch, 35 out or 50 times it was out of order. The people that work at the branch are entirely clueless with regards to the atm’s and calling the 1-800 number leaves me feeling like I’ve wasted my time and breath. Seriously reconsidering opening an account with or using this branch, if you actually want to be able to withdraw money when you need it.

Very disappointed - despite depositing the cheques addressed the same way, literally hundreds of times, they decided now I cannot and want me to open yet another account with them to do it. Now I have the uncomfortable business of going back to my client to request a new cheque and cancel this one.
