Placed an order for a new Maytag Washer online, they had inventory which is why they got the business. Delivered exactly when they said they would. Great app for deliveries as well. Well done. The delivery guys were super helpful and very professional.

Bought a couch from them in 2018 and purchased the extra protection plan for the fabric. Two years in, we had a problem with the fabric on our couch ripping at the seam. It took them over 6 months to respond to this request, we followed up multiple times. We finally got an email response saying they can not repair it as they do not make the couch anymore and are offering us a $450 store credit. This happened in 2021, we were not told that there was a time constraint on the credit or notified that it would expire.
Yesterday we went in to use the credit on a new piece of furniture and were told they would have to check with the manager and would call us back. I got a call today saying they will not honor the credit as “it is outside the warranty period”.

The delivery guys did their best to fit in the fridge, they even removed the door of entrance, however it damaged both side of the fridge, there was a dent and scratches.

I was looking for a new mattress. I had been researching the mattress choices and I had narrowed it down.
Went in, met Richard, told him what item I was looking for, he helped me find it, gave me all the information needed, explained the warranty to help me make my decision. The sale was more than 50% off.
It was a fantastic shopping experience , highly recommend the Penticton Brick location.
The delivery was right on time, fast efficient and friendly.
