This has been a very stressful experience from the moment we went to pick up our coffee table! First we have the fellow we met to pick the table up tell us we really shouldn't order online because it doesn't do their store any good. Then we finally get home, we drove 30 minutes each way from our town to Penticton, to pick it up, unpacked the table and it's damaged. So we go onto the Brick sight to chat online with a CSR and were first told that it wasn't damaged but it was the Hydrowax finish. The corner of the table was clearly demand and cracked. He then tells us there are no returns after the item is out of the factory packaging! How are you supposed to know it's damage if you do not open it? So we finally get it to where we can exchange the table, but they will not deliver it to our home, we again have to load the table back in the truck, and drive 30 minutes each way on the highway to drop off the damaged table and pick up the new table. So we are being penalized paying for more gas and and 1 hour of our time for receiving a damaged product! When this again was reiterated on the phone by Mike at the Penticton store my husband said we will just return the product and get a refund. First Mike said there are no returns, I said you do not do returns, he said sorry no we don't. So I said ok fine, I am calling head office because this whole experience has been very poor customer service, goodbye and hung up. Mike then calls me right back, tells me we were in the middle of a conversation when I "rudely" hung up on him. I said well you said you did not do returns and refunds, I said I was going to call head office, we were done our conversation. He then said bring the table back to me and we will process the refund. I don't know why we had to go through all this for a $149 delivery fee that they would not provde! I had purchased all my appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer) from the Brick a few years ago. After this experience, we will NEVER purchase another thing from the Brick again! Our new furniture for our new home will be purchased elsewhere!

I phoned and ordered a backboard for a queen sized bed. The man said it would be in in a week. I called. The very crabby man said it was ordered and they would call when it was in. Two weeks later, I phoned to cancel the order. A different man said it had not been ordered. Pretty lousy customer service and such a poor attitude from the salesman. Guess I won't order my new furniture from them.

We had a fantastic experience with Richard P at the Penticton Brick. He was kind and friendly from the moment we stepped in the store. He made our experience extremely easy and stress free for our first couch purchase (and our first purchase with the Brick!).Two days later the couch dropped in price, we went in to inquire and he assured us that he was already processing the difference in cost for us. Fantastic customer service!For our next purchases we will absolutely make sure that we use Richard! We will also be recommending him to everyone we meet!

Purchased some furniture and was told we would have the matching chair delivered in 2-3 weeks, Never heard back from salesman even after contacting him a few times, finally heard back from him saying chair will be in any day now, its been 2 months now still no word from salesman, contacted the manager today only to be told it will be a few more weeks because its coming from china(was told all the furniture was Canadian made?) Tables where made in Vietnam, The 3 pieces of furniture I did receive all had damage on them, The manager didn't even seem to care about any of my complaints, Cant believe after spending that kind of money I would be treated so poorly
