Bought IPhone 13 on a two year plan, but found out my 11 was working okay. Didn’t realize problem was with setting: Attention Alert. Turned if off and 11 rang loud and clear. Returned the 13 within 3 days, and Marcus at Best Buys gave us excellent service. Accepted the return without question and had me up and running with my original iPhone 11. Like my 11 and am familiar with it….more each day. I am a senior and don’t need the most recent iPhone or Samsung. Thank you so much, Marcus!!! Of Best Buys, Penticton.

was told I could exchange a product with reciept if it didn't work before 30 days. $330 product I bought did not work I tried everything that the website told me to do but still wouldn't work I took them back today and they said they do not ever exchange headphones. This product was bought 6 days ago. Employee lied right to my face about the 30 day exchange on headphones. i contacted best buy customer service and there exact words are "Yes in this case then if the headphones truly are defective , I would advise you to visit the store again as soon as you can so they can provide you with a replacement or return request , please bring the receipt with you"

Both Marcus and Jacob were very helpful and easy to deal with. They both were very knowledgeable with all things technical. This store, because of these two staff members will always be the first place I go for any of my computer, tv etc needs.
