Cherry lane Penticton terrible customer service in more ways than one .Left a message for the bank manager to give me a call ..never did ..asked for a new bank card ..they never sent one ..requested large money transfers never happened ..had to babysit the whole thing ..faxes never got looked at or they were misplaced..this is the reason I took 98% of my funds out of Cherry lane valley first credit union !! Can't even do their job properly !!!

We've had our mortgage through Valley First for almost a year, and it's been an awful experience since the beginning. Disorganized, and a lack of following up when we've reached out for clarification. (They're quick to offer assistance in setting up additional accounts though ...) I would not recommend this branch, and look forward to when my term is up so I can take my business elsewhere. You'd think a smaller company would offer a more personalized and professional experience but it's been far from that. Do not deal with this company. It's not worth it.

I have dealt with this bank for a few years. They never have staff available. whether you are getting a mortgage or depositing. Be prepared for a wait.My wife and I applied for a mortgage, be prepared to wait months for that application, as they lost our info multiple times. We were never helped with the process, never had the details explained, and now have been left hanging in the middle of our construction.It always feels like they just cant be bothered.They also messed up my government grant application, ive been told thats going to be 3 to 6 months to fix, its already been 3 months and no answers.Today it was lined up out the door and past the grocery store and working its way around the corner to the food court. Once again, only 2 staff members on counter.Id prefer to find a bank that values my business.Ive now changed my review to 1 star as the atm went on the fritz and ate my money today, no one wanted to help or be bothered. This is the worst business ive encountered.

Staff don't know how to keep things going steady. Was a solid customer for 15 years. Never again. They are racist and rude.

We started Dealing with Latasha and she was very friendly and worked hard to get our mortgage renewal finalized. She gave constant updates on where we are at. When came to sign she was courteous and friendly and was great on explaining what needed to be done. We would definitely work with Latasha again.

Horrible customer service. Told they were too busy. Leave my number come back another day. Rudest people who work there I will take my business and my accounts to another place. And not reccomend you to anyone

Worst renovation I've ever seen. Huge wait times since renovating. 15 people in line with three tellers??? Makes me want to leave Valley First.
