“I had such an amazing experience here the other day. I always do, but this one was so great. It's always pretty quiet in the store, but I had an associate help me from the moment I walked in. It was about 45 minutes before closing and the associate helped me find two tees. She suggested other items, some not to my liking, but she was so great at figuring out what I wanted!”
“Building a custom skateboard, Andie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly at 10am on a Saturday morning.
Andie explained the difference between the types of wheels, trucks, and bearings-- I learned more than when I bought a custom board from one of the local skate shops. . .
. . . Obv. not all Zumiez are this good, but in Langley, I had a much better experience and walked out with a higher quality board than from any of the independent skate shops.
My only suggestion is that they need a power drill for putting together boards-- Andie had to juggle ringing up customers and putting together my board with a manual tool, and it could have taken a solid 20 minutes less time”

I am so impressed by Robert's Customer skills, he knows his place, I had to exchange some items what my Sister had purchased for me in Mr. Big & Tall in Calgary 10208 Macleod Trail (I wrote a review about that store) and I explained what I use looking to do, Robert listened, did not interrupt. When I was finished with what I had to say, I ask Robert what he thought and he immediately started to explain what he would be able to help, WOW! what a difference. Yes, this review is about Robert, and I was so impressed with his conduct, manner, and professionalism that I have to write this review, for Robert, who has wonderfully earned it!It was a joy to watch and be a part of a mature professional employee who loved his job and truly cared about me, a Customer. Robert was simply amazing, I would look at ties which I purchased 3 beautiful ties, I asked Robert about the ties I was looking at and I ask him for his view, he was gracious and thoughtful in his reply, and it made me see that he was correct and I bought based on his wonderful answer.My Wife mentioned a shirt that she thought would be a nice colour, Robert stopped what he was doing and when to a part of the store where there was a display of shirts, which I had already looked, Robert, knowing his store and stock in seconds showed me the shirt (dress) that my Wife had mentioned, and I had already stated what size I was looking for. In Robert's hands was the dress shirt in the right colour, the right size, amazing salesmanship, truly world class!I told Robert that I had already looked for the dress shirt there but I could not find my size, Robert was very calm and reassuring that he knew all the stock and when my Wife mentioned the Dress shirt, he, in his mind, knew that he had that shirt, in that size, who cannot be impressed with a professional Store Manager who knows his store this well, very, very impressive Robert, very impressive indeed!!When we finished our shopping, which included buying a suit, which Robert measured me for and he was very skilled and extremely pleasant to speak with. Robert is a delight man and a treasure that the Management of Mr. Big & Tall must look after and keep. “Amazing clothes...if ever in need of shorts for sleep wear I suggest getting them from the men's aisle because they have pockets for some reason women wear pjs that don't have pockets. I enjoyed almost everything they had there and more. Including their Canada Day wear.The photo below is of men's 2xl sleep wear shorts, totally funky designs.”
