“Fainted here today, definitely wasn’t on my bucket list to faint in 2026 but if i had to pick a place i guess it would be Hot Topic. All jokes aside, the staff here made me feel so safe and comfortable even when i fainted in the store. This store has the nicest Workers and management in any store in the entire world everytime i want to shop i come specially to guilford because of the kind staff at hot topic. best workers + best management and great store 1000% would recommend shopping here don’t faint like me though. seriously turned the scariest nightmare moment ever into a calming caring situation. thank you all and much love thank you for treating me like i’m human 🥺🫶”

“I’ve visited the RW&CO location in Coquitlam Centre several times, and the service has been consistently excellent. I want to mention a recent experience with a staff member named Libby. When I asked for extra details about a few items, she listened, understood what I needed, and provided clear information without hesitation. She helped me find the pieces I was looking for and even offered a few alternatives in the same style.
One moment that really stood out was when she directed me toward an available fitting room. Instead of grabbing and pulling me along physically - something that unfortunately happens often in stores - she simply walked ahead and gave a soft tap on the open door so I could follow the sound. It was thoughtful, natural, and showed a level of respect and awareness that made the whole interaction natural.
Libby’s approach speaks highly of both her professionalism and the store’s overall customer service. This location continues to be a great place to shop, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.”

“I went inside the women’s boutique while I was looking around one of the strip malls of Maple Ridge. The store was packed with very fashionable women’s clothing and accessories for exceptional prices. The lady who worked there was very pleasant and welcoming to converse with. Bows and Buttons is a great hidden gem for a thrift store that every woman should check out.”

I had picked up an online order from another location and tried the items on before leaving. As three of the items weren’t suitable I immediately returned them so they were processed as a cancellation instead of a return.
Unfortunately I had not realized the store accidentally cancelled the wrong item and when I went to later go return the remaining items at the Guildford location there was a bit of a confusing mess to clean up.
Sab was friendly and patient and got it sorted out and also price matched the new items I was purchasing.

“Amazing clothes...if ever in need of shorts for sleep wear I suggest getting them from the men's aisle because they have pockets for some reason women wear pjs that don't have pockets. I enjoyed almost everything they had there and more. Including their Canada Day wear.The photo below is of men's 2xl sleep wear shorts, totally funky designs.”
