When I asked for extra details about a few items, she listened, understood what I needed, and provided clear information without hesitation. She helped me find the pieces I was looking for and even offered a few alternatives in the same style.
One moment that really stood out was when she directed me toward an available fitting room. Instead of grabbing and pulling me along physically - something that unfortunately happens often in stores - she simply walked ahead and gave a soft tap on the open door so I could follow the sound. It was thoughtful, natural, and showed a level of respect and awareness that made the whole interaction natural.
Libby’s approach speaks highly of both her professionalism and the store’s overall customer service. This location continues to be a great place to shop, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.”

(The baggy jeans and a pair of the Horseshoe pants) This was my first time shopping at Gap in Guildford Mall and Eunhee was the name of the staff helping us and she was super friendly and very knowledgeable - it seemed like she had been working at Gap for quite a while. I have been buying Gap for a long time and this was probably the friendliest and most helpful experience I have had in a while. “Amazing clothes...if ever in need of shorts for sleep wear I suggest getting them from the men's aisle because they have pockets for some reason women wear pjs that don't have pockets. I enjoyed almost everything they had there and more. Including their Canada Day wear.The photo below is of men's 2xl sleep wear shorts, totally funky designs.”
