I’ve been hunting for decent gyms with reasonable value. I came in here with an open mind, because a couple of acquaintances had mentioned it. They seemed happy with the place and I figure I would walk in and see for myself.
I walk in and my disappointment started at the front desk. Who do they have behind there, particularly important for a small gym trying to keep a low overhead? Nope… it wasn’t a workout fanatic or exercise guru. No no…. They had an olde woman that clearly has not used any of the equipment at this place ever in her life. How sad is it that you are at a gym all day long and don’t even give yourself a daily 30 minute workout? It isn’t an open door place. Only people with the fob can get in. She has the time and equipment.
So I was not impressed with that. Once I talked to her, it’s clear to me there is no tour about to take place. She does a quick description of the gym which really wasn’t helpful. No tour! Too lazy to walk around showing the gym. I wasn’t gonna ask for a how to use tour. I imagine she doesn’t know and hence a quick tour isn’t offered.
Who manages this place? Your front desk person at a gym, is your spokesperson! It should be a person versed in the business. Not someone that belongs at some sort of retail store… gift shop, not exercise equipment lol. Don’t get me wrong. The old lady is lovely, but she does not belong as the face of a gym. If she was a before and after poster person, fine… but she isn’t. They need someone that has the energy and knowledge to get new people wanting to come use their gym.
Her best line was that the black card gets me access to their tanning beds. Really??? That’s your selling point? Anyway… she lost you my business. Gym looks decent and she mentioned last Wednesday or Thursday is free entry for people to try out. Most gyms just give you a pass for a day or a week… any day or any week. Don’t get this last day of the month thing. Rather inconvenient.
Wouldn’t recommend this location. If you’re only having one person work the gym, it better be someone that knows how to use the equipment and is willing you walk around and show the gym itself.

I love this gym!!!! The price is so reasonable, its incredibly clean, its nicely temperature controlled, and there is enough equipment where you don't feel like you need to wait for anything. But my favorite part is that this is they gym where introverts go to be by themselves and workout and go home. No loitering. Its pretty awesome.

Gym equipment is good, and you won't find a better price. Not sure how the female facilities are but the men's changeroom is completely inadequate. Only one restroom stall in the change room, no mirrors, no open wash stations, and no showers, which means if you work construction, you can't really hit the gym after work without going home to shower.

As a business owner i was disappointed with the attitude of the manager here.. she had no idea about customer service. Please figure it out because you are giving this place a bad name and putting off paying customers. If she worked for she would be out the door ? byee

I previously left an okay reveiw but I won't be coming here again because of the morning manager, she is rude and think she's owns the place, since when does the manager do the vacuuming.. get your stuff together. Seriously bad attitude

Fortunately I read the reviews because I make my decisions based on that.
I read the reviews and some clients canceled their contracts but the Gym continues charging them, also I read several that were not treated well, they even got yelled at, how scary!
Not without mention that the qualification is very low 3.7.
I called this morning and you have to sign a mandatory contract and enter your credit card. The person answered does not seem friendly at all, I imagine that what they say is true, that they protect the employees, which is not bad, but in the majority of cases seen, they do not give them customer service training.
I preferred not to register at this Gym. I liked it but I want to enjoy my time and not get a nightmere experience at the Gym that I choose.

Great place, clean and friendly staff. My family and I were going to switch to Fit4less however they don't have a squat rack!!
That's crazy given the size and breadth of this gym. If they had a proper squat rack we would have switched

Quiet, good equipment, very clean and staff member Emily is very cheerful and courteous . All the evening staff are very cheerful and keeping very busy cleaning and greeting arriving members
