She never rushed us or made us feel pressured, and she was genuinely educational and pleasant to work with.
Darya, the store manager, was also absolutely wonderful. He was warm, professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. He made us feel valued as customers and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience even better.
Sleep Country was offering us the same price, but the customer service we received at The Brick was exceptional. From Cheryl’s expertise to Daria’s outstanding management and support, the entire team made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.

“I have been very happy with this company. My wife and I walked in off the street just to see. We were about to upgrade our mattress, and we had already decided on one we were going to purchase online. The customer service individual, Abdul, was very accommodating and let us try things around the store, helping us understand the differences between bed types. (He was especially patient with our high-energy two year old, who wandered the store recklessly.) Abdul met us closer to the online price we were after, and we went with SleepShop.
About a week after we purchased the bed, we found out there was a defect in the mattress. Abdul and SleepShop were very generous and accommodating in making sure we got a replacement. The price for them actually delivering it (and bringing it up two flights of stairs) was very fair, and the men who delivered it were friendly and professional.
We are beyond happy with our mattress (neither of us have slept so good), and it is nice to be treated well by a brick and mortar company. In the age where online companies are destroying small business, I was happy to give a little more to these guys. Will recommend to friends if it comes up in the future.”

The store had lots of neat home things like comfy pillows, soft blankets, stylish furniture, and home decorations that caught my eye right away. The aisles were easy to walk around, and everything was arranged so I could find what I needed without feeling rushed. The people working there were polite and helped me find the right size for a bed frame and gave me good suggestions. When I got home and set everything up, my room felt cozier and more organized. I’m happy with what I bought, and I would definitely go back again when I need more home items. I would tell my friends and family to check this place out too!”

“I had a genuinely fantastic experience at Sleep Country, largely thanks to Andres.
He was exceptionally kind, respectful, and patient throughout the entire visit. Even though it was closing time, he stayed an extra 20 minutes past hours just to make sure I had the time to choose comfortably. I even offered to come back the next day, but he insisted on making sure I didn't feel rushed at all—zero sales pressure from start to finish.
During the purchase process, we ran into a hiccup when we found out another location had already marked down the specific mattress I selected as sold. Instead of letting that ruin the experience, Andres immediately resolved the issue by offering a great discount on an alternative model to make up for it. That level of customer care and quick problem-solving is rare to find.
One tip for future buyers: if you need both an old mattress and a box spring removed, make sure to negotiate this upfront. Standard delivery and removal runs about CAD 99, but that policy only covers removing a single piece at delivery. If you want the second piece taken away as well, they typically charge an extra CAD 120 unless you bargain to have both bundled in for a more reasonable price.
Overall, a very positive experience thanks to Andres going above and beyond. Highly recommended!”

“Stacie is the gold there and Kelly is a gem.
The first time I walked into the store Stacie was there to greet me. She was the perfect amount of there when I needed her and gone when I didn't (a skill I learned not all furniture sales people understand - oh the stories I could tell ?♀️ - she should teach a course!). Anywho, I felt totally comfortable working with her but decided to think on it. When i was ready, she totally remembered me and helped me complete my purchase.
I came back a couple months later to buy something else and purchased with her again. Everything went super smoothly but I did have a bit of a snafu with another staff member when I tried to bring it back within the 48 hour return window (Stacie was off that day) but Stacie and Kelly and Edita the manager were so lovely and smoothed at all out seamlessly. Thank you so much ladies for everything!
I ended up purchasing another stool today and so far so good. Just love the quality and style of the Muse & Merchant products. Hoping this is only the beginning of many more wonderful purchases to come!

They have beautiful inside furniture also. They treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I lived in Mission at the time and they delivered my furniture from Cloverdale to Mission, ensuring everything was set up properly for me.
