“We bought 2 mattresses here. Lilian was wonderful and caring throughout. She never rushed us and gave great advice - you can tell she has a lot of experience and knows what she is doing. I went with a firm latex hybrid mattress and my parents went with the copper mattress. Prices were good (these are not entry level mattresses so keep that in mind). I'd recommend going to Sleep Shop, specifically this location and only working Lilian.”

“I just had the best customer service with this company. Highly recommend them. We got my mother’s older Novo tech bed system, which she needs when she stays with us. The remote stopped working unfortunately but it is over 10 years old. We reached out to the company to see if there was anything we could do to get it up and working again. They were very helpful, kind and professional. Everyone we dealt with including the Assistant manager who we originally talked to. Dana who helped coordinate everything and made sure the problem was dealt with. They sent Steve, a representative out to our house free of charge to help figure out the problem. The remote ended up needing to be replaced and one of the wires re-routed. Steve replaced the remote and fixed everything no charge for us. Thank you all so much again for your help. For the wonderful service we received alone, I would highly recommend this business.”

“I went into Leon’s in Langley, my 8th furniture place tha day, in search of a loveseat for my son and daughter-in-law. Dhurve, The sales person I was in touch with on FB marketplace was not in that day, however, we were pleasantly met at the door by
Meghna Parmar. She was attentive, professional, very knowledgable about Leon’s products and offerings…. The best part is, she listened to exactly what we were looking for and wanted, and never once assumed or interrupted us. She moved furniture, plugged in love seats, came up with fabric options and as hard as I tried, we couldn’t find a product that would fit into our space. It wasn’t for lack a trying, Meghna Made me want to find something in Leon’s …..unfortunately it just didn’t work this time. If I ever buy a piece of furniture again, although I live in Abbotsford, I will definitely drive into Langley just to see her as she really stood out In customer service from the eight other stores that I visited that day. If you’re in Langley and want great customer service and excellent choice at Leon’s. Go see Maghna! Thanks for making our experience so fun and stress free!”

My daughter & I visited the store June 19/25.
We were graciously greeted by Rocky.
I was looking for 2 twin beds, not sure what I really wanted. Rocky asked me a few questions to give him an idea of how I slept, firmness of a mattress etc.
He was able to show me several different options, with absolutely no pressure in making a rushed decision. Rocky is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, and added some extra pointers, which helped narrow the decision down.
My daughter had been putting off purchasing a new mattress for herself, and Rocky was able to show her mattresses in her budget as well.
He was so patience & kind Rocky made our shopping experience, relaxed and easy to make a decision.

“A fairly large variety of an assortment of household items. I got here because of the large selection of flannel sheets, but I usually leave with a lot more. Great place to shop. Lots of free parking.”
