This entire bank is a joke, you can not call anyone unless you know the extension and they won't give you the extension. I have been in to the branch 3 times to resolve an issue as the estate manager for my dead friend and they can not get it sorted.

Trying to get through to this branch is appalling! I wanted to ask a simple question about account balances and monthly charges. I was put on hold and then the call disconnected TWICE.....atrocious!
