Always ask for a receipt here!
There was a train last night so I decided to kill some time and pick up a few items here before continuing on.
I was the only customer in the store and took my time grabbing 1 vitamin water and a travel pack of COLD FX ($2 clearly marked), which I placed on the counter before turning away for a minute to choose 2 packs of Halls. When I brought them to the counter and the associate finished ringing me in, I thought the amount seemed a lot higher, but paid and asked for my receipt. When he slid the receipt over he pointed to the 3 coffees he charged me for and said the Cold FX wasn't scanning so that's how he entered it. I pointed out 3 coffees was almost 3x the price of the Cold FX. He left the counter to check the price and then said he would refund the difference.
I try to see the best in people and in this situation felt like he purposely tried to scam me because a) my back was turned when he rang the first items in, b) he didn't mention the item wouldn't scan, c) didn't ask if I knew the price of the item, d) didn't go and check the price of the item, e) charged me for 3 coffees instead of entering the price in as a manual item, and f) was quick to explain what he did but only AFTER I asked for my receipt.
I want to hope this was a lack of training or poor judgment on his part, but I can't help thinking due to being dressed down or some other characteristic of mine that he thought I'd be an easy mark to skim a little extra off the top on a slow night. Whatever the explanation, that was bad business and I will definitely not be going back to this location.

Good service by the attendant. I couldn’t get my gas tank to open, so he helped me by coming outside and do it for me.

Great convenience and quick purchase. I am always welcomed with a smile, and I don't feel hurried to buy.
Usually my go-to location when 7 Eleven is blocked by the train. I prefer their slushies over slurpees.

It’s just a gas station so you don’t expect much but the cashier was brutal. On her cell phone with someone and acted like I was bothering her paying for gas. Screwed up my airmiles too.

It would be nice if the attendant wouldn't allow the two diesel pumps to be blocked by gasoline vehicles while they're are open gasoline pumps available. Also, it would be nice to see a posted diesel price on your main price display facing traffic. Regardless of those two gripes I still fill up there, service is nice and the store seems clean.

This gas station is ok. But for some reason, sometimes they will close the store in the morning with a sign on the door that says back in 5. Like what is this garbage?? Deal with life on your own time guys. Not cool. And look, it is still happening. This really needs to stop now

I went to get gas today I prepaid 40$ and forgot to put it in. I drove away and got on to lougheed highway I called right away and let them know. I was told I didn't get the gas. I was told someone maybe pulled up to the pump and filled my gas and took off. That is not how getting gas works that is theft now. Me my friends and family go here all the time almost daily. Not anymore if this is how we are treated.

I waited for over 20 minutes during the day at 5 p.m. for the attended to arrive back at the store who was absent. I finally gave up and just left but during that time cars were coming and going feeling up with no one there monitoring it or being available in case of emergencies
