This store is a gem! In fact, they have a great cosmetics department with such knowledgable staff. I have been shopping at this location for as long as it has been open! It is neat and clean and always has what I need. Thank you to Luisa for helping with my make up choices for my special event!

This location has great selections and I'm particularly happy with the pharmacy staff who are friendly, patient and efficient. They explain medication usage and cautions carefully with great patience. They also take care of communications with our family doctor on new prescriptions as well as renewals. Highly recommended.

I have bought 3 Roblox gift cards for $10, $20, and $20 in this past month and week and they have not been working. I’ve already opened them and I don’t think I can get a refund and when I went to the store today to talk about it one of the staff members were not being polite.

The staff in the beauty boutique are awesome. They are the first faces one sees when entering the store and they are always smiling. Luisa is especially helpful and has helped me pick out products that work for me, from skincare products to makeup. Attending the Gala's are always fun and the money goes to a good cause. I also love being kept up to date with the emails and I follow the instagram page. Keep up the good work.

Looking to purchase foundation- tested 2 shades and as prepared to purchase "honey" the woman working in cosmetics dept. approached and rudely informed me they were not testers. I explained they were at front and opened. Regardless I was going to purchase the one. She then accused me of opening them!!!! Told me if I want cosmetics to just purchase or ask for her help! She literally accused me of lying. I said forget it I'll purchase them elsewhere. She didn't end it there she followed me and continued talking about it! My daughter just moments before, was preparing to purchase derma blend foundation.The woman argued with her about the correct shade!This took place at 4:40pm Monday April 3rd. This woman was INCREDIBLY rude!!! There used to be such a helpful kind lady there.DO NOT SHOP THERE.... Overheard her giving another lady a difficult time over a gift card visa. My dad died last night-spent a full week crying anticipating him leaving this earth and needed cover up for my overcried blotchy skin. Nobody deserves to be treated this way

This is a great Shoppers location staff are so friendly and helpful. Has a Post Office located in rear of store Post Office manager is so helpful and bubbly. This store seems to have items others are sold out of. Loads of parking and wheel chair accessible.

I went to pickup my prescription at the Save On foods pharmacy in Pitt Meadows, they told me that it was backordered with no eta, no phone call to alert me about it, just nothing! I then headed over to the pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart also in Pitt Meadows, a young lady by the name of Leah sorted the whole issue out in minutes and I had my prescription the same day! I will be dealing with Leah at Shoppers from now on!

I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude with Luisa, the cosmetics manager.My mom got married yesterday, and she had forgotten her cosmetics bag. I ran in frantically to find some products for my mom, with 45 minutes before the ceremony started.Luisa was very friendly and even more knowledgeable. In under 10 minutes, she helped me to select products that not only looked radiant on my mom, but also helped her feel radiant.Thank you Lusia.

I have been a long time customer of this location and have always filled my prescriptions here. However unfortunately this past time, I received horrible care from the new owner/ pharmacist. After reading the last reviews I can see Im not the only one with this issue! I called the pharmacist after learning I had no more refills of my 2 blood pressure medications, and just asked if I could get an emergency supply to hold me over for the weekend until I can get ahold of my specialist from the hypertension clinic at RCH for my refill. These are both medications I have been on for years and have been constantly filling them through this location so he was able to see my history and that its something I need to take on going. He declined my request and was extremely condescending. He accused me of my dates being off, and told me to look at my bottle to find the dates. He also questioned me even though everything is on my file. After receiving this service I contacted the hospital, they had no problem filling my prescription but said they need the pharmacy to send the request first. The owner/ pharmacist never offered to even do this at the very least. After asking a second time, he agreed to give me 1 week of emergency medication while he faxed the prescription. He explained that with his license he cant give emergency supplies of blood pressure medication. After talking to a few other pharmacists about the situation, I have learnt this is not true and it is up to their own comfort level. While I respect his comfort level, and after talking to other pharmacists from other businesses I do not think this pharmacist had my health and safety as a priority, and the fact that he neglected to even offer to send my prescription when he was unable to help me, which in turn actually delayed the process even more putting me at risk, on top of being condescending and rude. I will be switching all of my prescriptions as well as my families to another location where my health will be taken as a priority and my support will be appreciated.

Amber is always helpful every time I visit. She is knowledgeable in makeup products, has a positive attitude, and provides valuable feedback on makeup techniques. For the first time, I was able to find an eyeliner and mascara for my oily face that won't smudge thanks to Amber.

I believe there is a new owner/principal as our experience has declined significantly over the last year.I wasn’t surprised to see the customer service complaints over the last number of months.On a couple of occasions the pharmacist was upholding a policy, which is fine, but the way the message was delivered was with zero customer service or concern for helping find a solution. For 7 years prior we had the exact opposite experience, and found the pharmacy principal very caring and helpful.In general when having to communicate with the principal of this pharmacy I am left with the feeling that he is being inconvenienced by having to answer a question or process a request.We have moved all of our prescriptions over to another pharmacy.
