I absolutely love this gym! I have zero experience in weightlifting, but Jeff and Christie have been so welcoming and supportive. Their guidance over the past few weeks has helped me build strength and confidence. The members are also incredibly friendly and encouraging. I’m excited to continue my health journey here!

I love being part of the TIP community. I feel more confident, I can lift heavier than I ever have and feel energised and love my shape. The community are very friendly and the Saturday classes are a great vibe. Jeff and Christie are awesome and their dedication and enthusiasm is inspiring

Really inclusive gym, and the gym I’ve stuck with for the longest. I love everyone here plus I know if I’m doing something wrong Christie and Jeff are always around to help and correct (in a super helpful nice way) so that you don’t hurt yourself. I’ve never once felt judged no matter how much I ask for help.
